The Research Program on the Theory and Practice of International Relations (Institute of International Economic Relations (IIER)<\/strong>, Athens), the Department of International Relations (Ege University<\/strong>) and the Institute of Political Science (Justus Liebig University Giessen<\/strong>) organize the virtual roundtable:<\/p>\n

Ukraine, Trump and the Emerging Architecture of World Order in the 21st Century <\/strong>The English School Perspective<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The primary objective of the roundtable is to focus on the English School research program and examine its contributions to International Relations and the analysis of contemporary issues and phenomena. For instance, the Trump administration’s actions have challenged the transatlantic order and Liberal International Order, prompting efforts to restructure the global economic order. Consequently, new and unexpected alliances and security architectures are emerging, indicating a state of flux in the world order. Any discourse on the transition of world order(s) due to the conflict in Ukraine, the Trump administration’s foreign and economic policies, the evolving security architecture in Europe and other current phenomena will be of significant interest to both students and scholars.<\/p>\n
